Founded in 2009 by Hasan Parlak and Kenan Kalayci, first restaurant was opened in Holborn and then Abbey Grill was opened on 1st November 2018.

We source our meat and vegetables from British suppliers with whom we foster strong and long lasting relationships. Our Beef & Lamb dry-aged for one month in house, butchered daily and char grilled to order. Our salads are made from freshly chopped vegetables and our fresh, sustainably caught seafood is supplied by our local partners to ensure you always enjoy the freshest catch.
Just as important as the food & cocktails, of course, is the atmosphere. We treat our team with respect and we are fortunate to have loyal & exciting people within the business.
